These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and any purchase from Teddys Holding. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Return & Warranty Policy and our Privacy Policy.
2. Products
We sell used, original-equipment engines and transmissions removed from donor vehicles. Used parts may show normal signs of age and wear such as surface rust, dirt or cosmetic marks. Mileage figures come from the donor vehicle and are provided as information, not as a guarantee. Photos on this website may be representative and not of the exact unit you receive.
3. Quotes and pricing
Prices are quoted in US dollars and are valid for [7 days] unless stated otherwise. Availability is not guaranteed until payment is received. We may correct pricing errors and may cancel any order affected by an error, with a full refund.
4. Fitment responsibility
You are responsible for giving us accurate vehicle information, including the VIN. We match parts in good faith based on that information. We recommend having a professional confirm compatibility before installation.
5. Orders and payment
An order is accepted when we confirm it and receive payment. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout or on your invoice. We may refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud.
6. Shipping and risk of loss
Parts ship by freight carrier. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the shipment is delivered. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Freight damage must be reported as described in our Return & Warranty Policy.
7. Warranty and returns
Warranty coverage, returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Warranty Policy. Except for that limited warranty, parts are sold as-is, and all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teddys Holding’s total liability for any claim related to a part is limited to the amount you paid for that part. We are not liable for labor, towing, rental vehicles, lost income, or any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
9. Chargebacks
Please contact us first if there is a problem with your order so we can resolve it. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution.
10. Website use
Content on this website, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission. Vehicle manufacturer names and model names are used for identification only and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Caddo Parish, Louisiana, unless otherwise required by law.
12. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Changes apply to orders placed after the updated terms are posted on this page.
